Detailed Description

Describes small distance detween holes issues found during sheet metal design analysis.

When designing sheet metal parts with multiple holes, it is important to consider the spacing between those holes. If the distance between the holes is small, the material between them will become thinner, which can cause the sheet metal part to become weaker and potentially break under stress. This is because the stress applied to the sheet metal part is not distributed evenly throughout the part, and the material between the holes is not strong enough to handle the load.

Contains simple holes, distance between which fails the following condition:

\[ \large Dist \geq T \times Rt \]

\[ \begin{aligned} & \small Dist - \text{actual distance between holes} \\ & \small T - \text{actual thickness} \\ & \small Rt - \text{expected minimum distance between holes to sheet thickness ratio} \end{aligned} \]

Note
This issue can contain only SheetMetal_Hole objects and NOT SheetMetal_ComplexHole. Because small distance between holes analysis carried out only for simple holes (SheetMetal_Hole).
